2012 MMA Events thread
Okay, as I stated in the UFC 141 thread, with roughly 40 events expected this upcoming year for the UFC alone, it's probably a good idea to abandon the singular event thread idea and place them all in an thread like this as if it were a season. So that's what we're doing.
The first event of the 2012 calendar year for the UFC takes us back to Rio de Janeiro where Jose Aldo will defend his Featherweight championship against Chad "Money" Mendes. Also featured on the card is Vitor Belfort who looks to further climb back up the Middleweight contendership as he takes on Anthony "Rumble" Johnson who is making his Middleweight debut*.
