Is IP practical?
I believe this article shows why IP laws are out of control and are a great hinderance to the advancement of mankind. Someone invents an actual physical product that is somewhat similar to a fictitious science fiction product. I wonder if Lucas will sue the producers of the first light speed space craft because the inventor uses the term hyperdrive to describe the motor used to achieve light speed.
