Looks like the Seahawks and Carroll have reached a deal and are now awaiting on compliance with the Rooney Rule so everything can be made official.
So, I ask you: How do you feel this affects USC and to a lesser extent, the Seattle Seahawks? Sounds like Carroll was under some scrutiny with some in the USC community and that this season took a toll on him along with the Reggie Bush/Joe McKnight investigations only made Carroll speed this process up.
How do you feel a Mike Riley/Steve Sarkesian type would work out at USC? Would this officially end the Football Monopoly in Los Angeles? Does Carroll know something that we don't? (ie: NCAA getting ready to unload the hammer on USC)
