P.C. problems
Hey guys, I'm not a hardware guy so, I apologize if this is simple.
My PC's monitor isn't receiving signal or "picture" when I boot up. Upon seeing this I immediately got a replacement graphics card and inserted it in, nothing. After that I have no clue what it could be. Any ideas?
