Verizon Droid
Wow....Verizon officially announced the "Droid" phone today. And consquently, Garmin's stock is down 15-20% on the day. I'm not going to call it an iphone killer yet....but it's definitely going to compete. I was 80% sure I was going to switch to AT&T to get an iphone, but am now strongly reconsidering. I find it hilarious (and very prudent) that Google made Verizon sign contracts that they aren't allowed to touch the phone as far as the software goes.
More Droid phones coming before year end as well.
