PSU Cuts from NFL
So, this morning knowing the final NFL rosters came out I figured I'd do some reserarch and find out which grinders are no longer going to be on a roster.
The following were cut:
Calvin Lowery ( SAF - Detroit)
Tim Shaw (LB - Jacksonville)
Smolko (TE - Baltimore)
Paxson (DE - Pittsburgh)
A.Q Shipley (C - Pittsburgh)
Mark Rubin ( SAF - St Louis)
Jordan Norwood ( WR - Browns)
Lydell Sargeant ( CB - Boofalo)
And the one that I have no sympathy for. Mo. Evans got waived by the Giants. Internet message boards claim it was a numbers crunch and their just wasn't a way to keep him, but he might make the practice squad.
He probably should have stayed one more year - but he didn't. So instead of being on a great team and having an All-American year, he's on the verge of being out of the league. Hope it was worth it Mo.
