It kinda looks like it might be her, but if this was three years ago, as the tag on the picture says, she was 16 at the time. I was modeling in Europe by the time I was 16, so I'm not really sure if this is the kind of thing the young people are wearing to prom these days. Only one of the models in my hot tub is 16, but she's Japanese, so when I asked her about this, her answer was some kind of crazy talk.
